At Cre8tive N8ture, we are committed to making sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Because our products are made and fulfilled on demand, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are made especially for you after your purchase is completed.

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we make sure your products meet our quality standards.

Please note: The processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

  • United States: Approximately 3–8 business days

  • Canada: Approximately 4–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: Approximately 4–10 business days

  • Europe: Approximately 4–12 business days

  • International: Approximately 5–15 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your:

  • Delivery location

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order size and weight

  • Products included in your order

Any available free-shipping promotions or shipping discounts will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to monitor your package's progress.

5. International Shipping

Cre8tive N8ture may ship orders to customers internationally, depending on product and destination availability.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not controlled by Cre8tive N8ture and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause delivery times to take longer than the estimated timeframe.

6. Shipping Delays

While we work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, some delays may occur.

Possible causes include:

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • High shipping volumes

  • International customs procedures

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will assist you as best we can.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox or usual delivery location

  • Around your property

  • With household members or neighbors

  • With the local delivery carrier

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us so we can help determine the next steps.

Cre8tive N8ture is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Damaged Orders

We take great care in producing and shipping your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.

10. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the fulfillment location and product type.

This means you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for a single order.

You will not necessarily receive all items in your order at the same time.

11. Changes or Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has started.

12. Delivery Estimates

All delivery estimates provided by Cre8tive N8ture are estimates only.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date because final delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If you are purchasing an item for a specific event, holiday, birthday, or deadline, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
